Please note Amphibian II and Sky Foam run very short. Most customers order two sizes larger than what they measure. Of course, sizing always varies depending on the child. If your child is a medium width, our styles tend to fit true to size, while allowing for room to grow. Wider feet can mean a size up is needed in most cases. Please use our Home Measuring Kit (located at the bottom of the page) to help determine the proper size. And, of course, send us an email or call us to discuss any sizing inquiries.
Yes, both Amphibian II and Sky Foam have half sizes above a size 10. All other items are only whole sizes.

Of course, there are exceptions, but for the most part, the answer is yes. Typically, we suggest at least one size up and if they are in between sizes, we suggest two sizes. For example, if they measure 8.5, we would suggest the size 10 with an AFO. Please call us with any questions and we are glad to help.
Yes, all styles have removable insoles, excluding Sky Foam. That stye features a memory foam sock, which is cemented with water base glue. The Casual shoes have a leather insole to help with sweat while the Splashers shoes have a padded EVA insole.
For this particular item, we recommend buying it true to size. If a child measures a 9, order the size 9.

Our community has 45 days to make an exchange for new and unused items. For exchanges, please place a new order for the style, size and color you need. Once we receive your exchange request for the original item, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to the original package.
Typically, it takes 48 hours for your refund to reflect back into your account.
Unfortunately, we cannot allow worn items to be returned. Only items in their original condition will be accepted.
